Working with James Agency, Sundale Developments and award-winning interior design firm Turner, I conceptualised, named and designed a standout brand for Platinum on Peach Tree, a luxury development in Macquarie Park, New South Wales.
Running with the theme of ‘hidden luxury in the heart of Macquarie Park’, I produced a one-of-a-kind brochure printed on premium uncoated Heaven 42 stock, with laminating and coatings including Allkotes Soft Metal finish and perforated, removable leaves. This enhanced the client experience and engagement for families (particularly those with young kids), and provided the client a striking display suite centrepiece.
Following the project launch, the Platinum brochure went on to win Gold at the 2019 NSW Print Industry Creativity Awards, and then another Gold at the National PICA awards.
