Origin Energy: Brand Voice and Design

I helped Origin Energy find a fun new voice, writing and designing their direct mail, SMS and EDM comms in an approachable, engaging tone.

For Origin's external communications for outstanding payments, I utilised a tiered level of severity, while maintaining a consistently friendly, engaging tone.

Working in partnership with GNG Partners, deliverables included written and digital SMS comms, EDMs, taglines, and body templates.

We observed customers who received the comms to pay back additional 15% in debt compared to their original comms!
