Bowline, Newcastle: Property Branding

Tasked with branding a new, 14-storey luxury development in Newcastle, I utilised both the site’s stunning waterside location and its unique organic architecture to inspire the name Bowline, and the tagline ‘More. Moor.’ Working as Creative Lead at James Agency, I created the complete campaign collateral, including full copywriting responsibility, branding, EDM, signage, display suite and a premium 28-page brochure on Knight Vellum textured, uncoated stock, with a dust jacket and both gold and white foiling.
